                        Deep Tissue Massage:

Using slow strokes and pressure points, this stimulating

                        Hot Stone Massage:

Combining the heat of stones with
massage enhances a deeper relaxation and natural healing.

                                Pre-Natal:

This much needed massage is targeted to the needs of the
mom-to-be.
While lying face down on a special pre-natal table, gentle
strokes combined with hot towels, make this therapeutic
"workout" a must when counting down the months.

                              Reflexology:

The ultimate foot massage! By using pressure points on the
hands and feet, our trained specialists can relieve any number
of ailments, including sinus relief and headaches. Relieves
tension and restores energy flow.

Reiki is a rebalancing of energy within the biomagnetic field of
the body.  It encourages health, relieves pain, and eases
stress, depression and anxiety.  It increases the body's ability
to heal.
It is a compassionate, non invasive means of healing that
effects body, mind and spirit.  It's therapeutic effects are
beneficial to all.  Calming and balancing, a reiki treatment is a
very pleasant experience.  You lie or sit fully clothed and relax
while the practitioner's hands move slowly around the periphery
of your body.  The energy flows from the practitioner's hands
into your body and the results can be truly amazing.
